Usually `llvm.stacksave/stackrestore` are used together with `alloca` but they can appear without it (e.g. `alloca` can be optimized away). WebAssembly's function local physical user sp register, which is referenced by `llvm.stacksave` is created while frame lowering and replaced with virtual register. However the sp register was not created when `llvm.stacksave` is used without `alloca`, and it led MIR verification failure about use-before-def of sp virtual register. The representation produced by `getTypeAsString` is used by reduction, privatization and firstprivatization recipes. The name of the recipe is used as a symbol attribute. If the name has special symbol the symbol becomes quoted. This patch remove the special character from the representation so the representation is homogenous.

Fixes a crash in `-Wl,-emit-relocs` where the linker was not able to write linker-synthetic absolute symbols to the symbol table. This change adds a new symbol flag (`WASM_SYMBOL_ABS`), which means that the symbol's offset is absolute and not relative to a given segment. Such symbols include `__stack_low` and `__stack_low`. Note that wasm object files never contains such symbols, only binaries linked with `-Wl,-emit-relocs`. Fixes: #67111

Since HLFIR bufferization can introduce shallow copies of derived type values we have to be careful not to treat these load/store operations as data-only-accesses. If a derived type has descriptor members, we attach any-access tag now.

To avoid the overhead of deallocating allocatable components of the elemental temporary result on every iteration of the elemental operation, we can use a shallow copy instead of deep-copy assign.

`getBoundsString` is used to generate the reduction recipe names when an array section is provided. The lowerbound and upperbound were swapped. This patch fixes it.

This patch removes the `SourceManager` APIs that create `FileID` from a `const FileEntry *` in favor of APIs that take `FileEntryRef`. This also removes a misleading documentation that claims `nullptr` file entry represents stdin. I don't think that's right, since we just try to dereference that pointer anyways.

The C23 standard supports enums with fixed underlying types (N3030 [1]), so we shouldn't emit `-Wfixed-enum-extension` in C23 mode (since it's no longer a Clang extension at that point). [1] https://thephd.dev/_vendor/future_cxx/papers/C%20-%20Enhanced%20Enumerations.html

Make top level modules for all the C standard library headers. The `__stddef` implementation headers need header guards now that they're all modular. stdarg.h and stddef.h will be textual headers in the builtin modules, and so need to be repeatedly included in both the system and builtin module case. Define their header guards for consistency, but ignore them when building with modules. `__stddef_null.h` needs to ignore its header guard when modules aren't being used to fulfill its redefinition obligation. `__stddef_nullptr_t.h` needs to add a guard for C23 so that `_Builtin_stddef` can compile in C17 and earlier modes. `_Builtin_stddef.nullptr_t` can't require C23 because it also needs to be usable from C++. I plan on replacing LLDB's DWARFUnitHeader implementation with LLVM's. LLVM's DWARFUnitHeader::extract applies the DWARFUnitIndex::Entry to a given DWARFUnitHeader outside of the extraction because the index entry is only relevant to one place where we may parse DWARFUnitHeaders (specifically when we're creating a DWARFUnit in a DWO context). To ease the transition, I've reshaped LLDB's implementation to look closer to LLVM's. Reviewed By: aprantl, fdeazeve Differential Revision: https://reviews.llvm.org/D151919
