Resolve WB-432 Some Asymmetric Dense Connectomes Are Not Listed.  The volume mappable status for a CIFTI file was incorrectly reporting a surface mappable status.

When an overlay contains a map file that is neither volume nor surface mappable, log a message instead of an assertion failure.

Resolve WB-431 Maximize Button and Remembering Previous Size for File Open and Manage Loaded Files.   There are maximize buttons for these dialogs on Mac and Linux.  When either of the dialogs is closed, the dialogs geometry is saved and restored when reopened so that the dialog is in the same position and of the same size when reopened.

Fixed crash that occurred when a CIFTI matrix type file was selected as an overlay without any data loaded to the file (data loaded when user clicks brainordinate).  Recent CIFTI update does not allocate RGBA coloring until data is loaded.

Resolve WB-434: Oblique Volume Mode Doe Not Display CIFTI.   When requesting the dimensions using a std::vector, the vector was not cleared before pushing the dimensions onto the vector.  Now vector is resized to the proper dimensions and then the elements are set.

Resolve WB-426 Scene Dialog Box Goes to Minimum Size after first open:  Dialog size hit was set and the size hint always overrides any window sizing.  Fix was to no longer set the size hint to a fixed size.

Resolve WB-427 Crop Image: Bug: If the image did not get cropped (no background color around edges), a margin was not added.  Adding margin is now independent of cropping.

Fixed error in surface color assignment that did not compare the structure of the surface with the structure of the metric/label file.  This resulted in 'left' (right) labels being applied to 'right' (left) surfaces

Fixed display of CIFTI matrix (dense, etc) data on volume slices.  Was using wrong dimension for obtaining the 'mapping' voxels.

Fixed memory leaks in GiftiLabel reported by Time.  Methods that returned an allocated array with RGBA color components were removed.  Used in place were methods that accept an RGBA array as a parameter.

When exiting workbench and if there are modified files, list them on the exit dialog that provides the user options to save or exit.

Add to Spec File Management Dialog View Files: Two new buttons 'Loaded:Modified and Loaded:Not Modified' that further filter loaded data files into only those that are modified and only those that are non modified.

When a file is loaded but not in the spec file, do not set the spec file as modified.  If the user toggles the 'in spec' status of a file on the spec file dialog, automatically check the 'save' button for the spec file.

In Help Dialog, list wb_command information using command line switch instead of command description.

CiftiMappableDataFile::getMapPalette() was always returning the 'file palette' when it should have been returning the 'map palette' causing scenes to fail to find palette color mapping.  Also, CiftiMappableDataFile::isMappedWithPalette() was mistakenly returning true for a dense label file.

Revised border drawing 'Undo Finish' so that it can undo changes that were applied to multiple borders.

Resolve WB-425 Editing Multiple Borders:  Border editing operations are now applicable to multiple borders that overlay each other.  Prior to completing a border editing operation, a dialog is popped up listing the borders that are to be modified.
