This is modelled after how the ELF driver does it (see e.g. https://reviews.llvm.org/D78158 for the source of the ELF implementation); we need to intercept some options, but ignore GCC specific ones that GCC passes regardless of whether GCC is using LTO or not. When parsing AddressMap and there is a conflict in keys, where two entries share the same key, consider the first entry as the correct one, instead of the last. This matches previous behavior in BOLT and covers case such as BOLT creating a new basic block but sharing the same input offset of the previous (or entry) basic block. In this case, instead of translating debuginfo to use the newly created BB, translate using the BB that was originally read from input. This will increase our chances of getting debuginfo right. D150312 added a TODO: TODO: consider renaming the field `StartAtCycle` and `Cycles` to `AcquireAtCycle` and `ReleaseAtCycle` respectively, to stress the fact that resource allocation is now represented as an interval, relatively to the issue cycle of the instruction. This patch implements that TODO. This naming clarifies how to use these fields in the scheduler. In addition it was confusing that `StartAtCycle` was singular but `Cycles` was plural. This renaming fixes this inconsistency. Differential Revision: https://reviews.llvm.org/D158568

This doesn't break x86, but it is a (slight) size optimization and more importantly prevents AArch64 builds from breaking. When loading (transitively) imported AST file, `ModuleManager::addModule()` first checks it has the expected signature via `readASTFileSignature()`. The signature is part of `UNHASHED_CONTROL_BLOCK`, which is placed at the end of the AST file. This means that just to verify signature of an AST file, we need to skip over all top-level blocks, paging in the whole AST file from disk. This is pretty slow. This patch moves `UNHASHED_CONTROL_BLOCK` to the start of the AST file, so that it can be read more efficiently. To achieve this, we use dummy signature when first emitting the unhashed control block, and then backpatch the real signature at the end of the serialization process. This speeds up dependency scanning by over 9% and significantly reduces run-to-run variability of my benchmarks. Depends on D158572.
