2024-10-11drivers: Use CONFIG_XPL_BUILD instead of CONFIG_SPL_BUILDSimon Glass1-3/+3
Use the new symbol to refer to any 'SPL' build, including TPL and VPL Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org>
2024-05-20Restore patch series "arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay Ethernet"WIP/20May2024-nextTom Rini1-1/+0
As part of bringing the master branch back in to next, we need to allow for all of these changes to exist here. Reported-by: Jonas Karlman <jonas@kwiboo.se> Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <trini@konsulko.com>
2024-05-19Revert "Merge patch series "arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay Ethernet""Tom Rini1-0/+1
When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master. This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35. 2024-05-07ram: Remove <common.h> and add needed includesTom Rini1-1/+0
Remove <common.h> from this driver directory and when needed add missing include files directly. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <trini@konsulko.com>
2021-10-20ram: sifive: Fix -Wint-to-pointer-cast warningsBin Meng1-4/+4
The following warning is seen in sifive_ddr.c in a 32-bit build: warning: cast to pointer from integer of different size [-Wint-to-pointer-cast] Change to use dev_read_addr_index_ptr(). Signed-off-by: Bin Meng <bmeng.cn@gmail.com> Reviewed-by: Leo Yu-Chi Liang <ycliang@andestech.com>

Rename fu540_ddr.c to sifive_ddr.c and add fu740 support Signed-off-by: Green Wan <green.wan@sifive.com> Reviewed-by: Bin Meng <bmeng.cn@gmail.com>

In preparation to add SiFive Unmatched board support, let's rename the existing fu540 board to unleashed. Signed-off-by: Bin Meng <bmeng.cn@gmail.com> Reviewed-by: Leo Yu-Chi Liang <ycliang@andestech.com>
2021-02-02common: Drop asm/global_data.h from common headerSimon Glass1-0/+1
Move this out of the common header and include it only where needed. In a number of cases this requires adding "struct udevice;" to avoid adding another large header or in other cases replacing / adding missing header files that had been pulled in, very indirectly. Finally, we have a few cases where we did not need to include <asm/global_data.h> at all, so remove that include. 2020-12-13dm: treewide: Rename dev_get_platdata() to dev_get_plat()Simon Glass1-1/+1
Rename this to be consistent with the change from 'platdata'. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org>
2020-12-13dm: treewide: Rename 'platdata' variables to just 'plat'Simon Glass1-1/+1
We use 'priv' for private data but often use 'platdata' for platform data. We can't really use 'pdata' since that is ambiguous (it could mean private or platform data). Rename some of the latter variables to end with 'plat' for consistency. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org>
2020-12-13dm: treewide: Rename auto_alloc_size members to be shorterSimon Glass1-2/+2
This construct is quite long-winded. In earlier days it made some sense since auto-allocation was a strange concept. But with driver model now used pretty universally, we can shorten this to 'auto'. This reduces verbosity and makes it easier to read. Coincidentally it also ensures that every declaration is on one line, thus making dtoc's job easier. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org>
2020-09-30ram: sifive: Remove regmap dependencyBin Meng1-9/+3
The usage of regmap API in the SiFive RAM driver is not correct. The reg address should be obtained via dev_read_addr_index() API. Signed-off-by: Bin Meng <bin.meng@windriver.com>
2020-09-30ram: sifive: Check return value on clk_enable()Bin Meng1-0/+5
The return value should be checked otherwise it's useless to assign the return value to 'ret'. Signed-off-by: Bin Meng <bin.meng@windriver.com>
2020-08-25ram: sifive: Fix compiler warnings for 32-bitBin Meng1-2/+2
priv->info.size is of type 'size_t' but the length modifier is l. Fix this by casting priv->info.size. Note 'z' cannot be used as the modifier as SPL does not support that. 2020-07-24ram: sifive: Avoid using hardcoded ram base and sizeBin Meng1-15/+15
At present the SiFive FU540 RAM driver uses hard-coded memory base address and size to initialize the DDR controller. This may not be true when this driver is used on another board based on FU540. Update the driver to read the memory information from DT and use that during the initialization.
