Added a percentage width to annotations.  For previously created annotations, the percentage width is invalid.  When an older annotation with an invalid percentage width is drawn for the first time, the obsolete pixel width is converted to a percentage width using the height of the viewport in which the annotation is drawn.  This new percentage width is then updated in the annotation which can have its file saved or scene saved (scene annotations).

Removed limits on minimum and maximum values for annotation coordinates in the annotation toolbar.  Limited the width of the annotation coordinate spin boxes.  Otherwise, they will resize to the width of 14 (check Qt documentation to verify) and make the browser window very wide.

Started on support, but not yet implementation, for converting older line widths specified in pixels to widths specified in percentages of window height.

In the Features ToolBox --> Annotations page are checkboxes labeled "Display Annotations" and "Display Text Annotations".  These checkboxes should have no effect on the display of chart titles, chart axis labels, and color bars and the necessary changes have been implemented.

When compiled debug, all items in a scene are monitored to verify if they are restored and scene items not restored are logged.  A scene item (surface name without path) in SurfaceSelectionModel was being logged as not restored due to another scene item (surface name with path) having priority.  Now the surface name with path is always restored to prevent the logged message.

Replace special case methods for setting annotations properties to a more generic one that accepts an enumerated type identifying the specialized usage.

Fixed bug that made all text annotations from blank when loaded from a scene.  Problem was caused by saving to scene code added to AnnotationText for chart axis labels.  Saving of text annotation attributes to a scene is now controlled by an annotation property (on for chart axis labels and off for all other text annotation types).

Fixed strange drawing behavior when chart axis labels was empty string (caused an invalid viewport).

Fixed missing chart axis labels when charts were in tile tabs.  Chart drawing code was incorrectly clearing the special annotations output for drawing by annotation code.  Also performed a little code cleanup.

Change annotation line widths from "pixel thickness" to "percentage of viewport height thickness".  That is, the thickness of a line is a function of the height specified by the user and the height of the viewport in which the line is drawn.  However, the minimum and maximum thickness is dependent upon the implementation of OpenGL.  On Mac, the maximum thickness is 10 pixels so lines will stop growing in thickness fairly quickly.

Color Bar and Chart Label annotations have limited editing of properties in the annotation toolbar.  For example the user cannot adjust the text orientation of a Color Bar or a Chart Label.  A new strongly-type enum for identifying support of the properties was added to the Annotation class along with methods for testing and setting.  Some methods named like "isPropertyNameSupported()" were removed from some of the annotation classes since the property supported enums provide the same functionality.  Related updates where also made for grouping and deleting annotations.

Initial implementation of new annotation CHART coordinate space that places annotations at chart data coordinates.

Changed the minimum font size for percentage size text from 10 pixels height to 1 pixel height.   When the font height in pixels gets too small, an OpenGL warning is logged at the 'warning' level.  It appears that the OpenGL errors may be caused by specific characters within a font and not necessarily the height of the font.  In addition, the font errors were also found to be different on Mac and Linux.

Scene files had grown in size due to new charting and changes have been made to reduce the amount of new charting data in the scene file.

When restoring line-series data from an older 'chart one' scene, find any files with line charts and add them to the chart overlays.

Additional cleanup of charting code that includes removing unused code and fixing a few 'narrowing' compilation warnings.

For charting two's axix units type, replaced usage of older ChartAxisUnitsEnum with new CaretUnitsTypeEnum.  CaretUnitsTypeEnum supports all unit types in both NiftiTimeUnitsEnum and CiftiSeriesMap.  Also corrected order of line-series history from scene and added ability to select rows in scalar data series files.

If there are modified scenes and the user requests the scene dialog to close, only warn the user about modified scene files if the scene dialog's close button was clicked.  Do not warn user if closing of scene dialog was initiated from the Window Menu or the scenes button in the toolbar.

Moved chart axis titles from ChartOverlaySet to each chartable file.  For display of chart axis titles, added selection of chart layer for source of title to chart axes toolbar.  Also fixed crash in line chart history dialog when history was cleared and new data was loaded.

If compiled in DEBUG mode, log any scene members that fail to restore.  These instance include a failure to restore a scene member or obsolete members.

Scene Dialog updates: When Test All Scenes is run, generate the 'after' image, even if there was an error as the image is still useful.  Add the 'Replace All Scene's button to the group of 'Testing' buttons.

Code for restoring an older format of annotations was updated to ignore the newer 'viewport' coordinate space.

When tab yoking is changed to a yoking group that is active in a tab, update the chart two axes to the yoking group's values.

Move ChartTwoMatrixDisplayProperties out of ModelChartTwo and into BrowserTabContent so that yoking, cloning, new tabs work correctly.
