Finished merging with latest 'master'.  For some reason, a couple of conversions from CaretColorEnum::toRGBFloat() to CaretColorEnum::toRGBAFloat() got lost during the merge.

Fixed crash of histogram display when a dynamic connectivity type file does not yet have data loaded (user has not clicked a brainordinate).

In chart overlay, enable matrix triangular view button only when the displayed matrix contains number of rows equal to number of columns and the corresponding row and column names are identical.

Continuing charting development.  Now able to launch Overlay and Map Settings Dialog from Chart Overlay panel.

Continuing charting development.  Histogram is drawing in graphics region and matches histogram in map settings dialog.  Added 'All/Match Palette' into palette color mapping.  On dialog, 'Colorize' was replaced with a combo box for choosing a standard color or to use palette coloring for drawing histogram in both dialog and graphics region.

Created 'HistogramDrawingInfo' class that is intended for use by both drawing histograms in the graphics region and on the map settings dialog so that there will be consistent drawing and eliminates duplicate functionality.  An early implementation is functioning for histograms in the graphics region.

Continuing charting development.  Created a 'ModeChartTwo' so that both old charts (ModelChart) and new Charts (ModelChartTwo) are available.  The goal is to allow bot old and new chart scenes to load correctly so that conversion of charts from version for old to new is not needed.  It will also allow scene with old charts to display correctly.

Continuing charting development.  Added attributes control for matrix: zoom percentages, show grid lines, show selected rows/columns.

Continuing charting development.  Matrix viewing including selection of full, upper half, lower half matrix view is functional using the 'matrix triangular' button in the chart overlay toolbox.

Continuing new charting development.  Changed toolbar groups so that the group name (at bottom; eg: 'Chart Orientation') allows newlines for names that are long to avoid using excess horizontal space.  When the 'Draw with new charting in window 1' developer flag is on, show new charting controls in toolbar and toolbox and hide old charting controls.

Added a "Chart Orientation" group to the toolbar.  It allows one to reset the view of a chart or use a custom view with a chart.

Continuing charting development.  A 'charting delegate' has been completed.  Selection of chart overlays using the charting delegate has is functioning for all chart data types.
