[Mac] Fixes 894, Fixes 962 - Fixed timer problems in OSK

Ensured that timer is never instantiated for modifier keys, since they should never repeat. Made synchronizing more robust to ensure that there can never be timers simultaneously active (i.e., for two different keys on the same OSK). Removed deprecated finalize method that was never getting called anyway.

[Windows][Android][Web] Move "edge" platform test with other browsers

Follow-on to #969

This updates the platformtest.kmn keyboard 
and moves `edge` from `[K_O]` (OS) to `[K_Y]` (browsers)

It seems the *.inf files are not UTF-8, so any non-Roman characters used in keyboard names turn into question marks. The native script name is stored in the kmx file, so getting it from there seems to work.
