os-boot: Add a Hafnium image with initrd and Linux VMs
This image includes:
- BBL
- Hafnium Hypervisor
- initrd
- Linux as a Primary VM
- Linux as a secondary VM
- Busybox
- Hafnium.ko device driver
It runs on Spike, and requires PMP, CLINT and HTIF
