- Fixes '+' whitespace
- Replace ')\(+\)(' with ') \1 ('.
- Replace ')\(+\)\(\w\)' with ') \1 \2'.
- Replace '\(\w\)\(+\)(' with '\1 \2 ('.
- Replace '\(\w\)\(+\)\(\w\)' with '\1 \2 \3'.
