Remove the ldmx mnemonic that never made it into POWER9.
opcodes/
* ppc-opc.c (powerpc_opcodes) <ldmx>: Delete mnemonic.
gas/
* testsuite/gas/ppc/power9.d: Delete ldmx tests.
* testsuite/gas/ppc/power9.s: Likewise.
