Based on patches from Eric Youngdale <eric@andante.jic.com>:
* config/obj-elf.c (elf_pseudo_table): Add "symver".
(obj_elf_symver): New static function.
* config/obj-elf.h (OBJ_COPY_SYMBOL_ATTRIBUTES): Copy the st_other
field.
