ExpressionParser: Migrate to FileEntryRef in ParseInternal, NFC
Migrate to the `FileEntryRef` overload of `SourceManager::createFileID`
(using `FileManager::getOptionalFileRef`) in
`ClangExpressionParser::ParseInternal`.
No functionality change here.
