Prevent excessive expansion in height of palette settings widget.  Histogram was sometimes very tall making the dialog very tall.

When the user switched the vertical axis from left to right (or right to left) the vertical axis was missing briefly and has been fixed.  In Toolbar -> Chart Axis, when updating and the selected axis is not valid, set the axis to the opposite of the last valid index (i.e.: If the last selection was Left and Left is no longer valid, default to the Right axis).

Fixed crash in scene restoration of model one matrix charts to model two charts when loading an old (mid 2016) scene.

Palette Color Mapping Dialog --> Palette Section: Added an additional column on the right titled "Data" that lists the data values that correspond to the Full, Abs Pct, Percent, and Fixed percentages/values.  Thus, if the user has "Percent" selected, the user can view the data values that correspond to the Pos Max %, Pos Min %, Neg Min %, and Neg Max %.

Fixed for histogram chart.  No longer inserts a 'zero' bucket into the histogram when zeros are not displayed.  Instead, Palette coloring is ALWAYS applied to the histogram since the palette coloring will use an alpha value of zero for data not colored.  If the user is using a solid color, it will be later applied and it will not modify the alpha values so that non-displayed histogram bars remain hidden.

Continuing charting development.  Fix color bar display when viewing charts.  Adjust heigh of chart viewport so that the color bar does not overlap the chart.

Continuing charting development.  Fixed Overlay/Map Settings Editor so it is enabled when a matrix or histogram chart is displayed for editing of palette.

Continuing charting development.  Fixed File Menu-->Duplicate Tab for when the selected tab is a Charting Two tab.

For histogram chart range scale, if AUTO ranging selected for an axis, updated the Minimum and Maximum Axis values in the toolbar so that they match the ranges in the graphics region.  If the user changes a minimum or maximum value with AUTO ranging, change the ranging to USER.

For Histogram, changed implementation of subdivision.  Auto subdivisions is now selected using a checkbox and the spin box for subdivisions is applied when "auto" is unchecked.

Histogram chart update: Fixed problem with axis selection combo box in Toolbar->Char Axes.  It was not updated when chart overlays were changed or a vertical axis location in an overlay was changed.

Histogram charting updates: Axis title on left and right is now rotated -90 degrees.   Fixed spacing and layout issues in axes when title is not displayed.  Removed ticks from first and last scale values.

Continuing charting development.  When a scene is restored that contains "version one charts" but no "version two charts", load the "version one chart" data into the "version two chart" data (as much as possible).  This has been added for matrix charts.

Continuing charting development.  Updates and fixes for saving and restoring scenes for both new histogram and matrix charts.

Improvement of histogram chart drawing including: Tick position improved so no gaps at histogram region box and axis name no longer overlaps axis numerical values.

Fixed restoration of a scene containing a histogram.  The charts were only created when a file was loaded and since scenes try to avoid reloading files, the charts need to be recreated when restoring scene to the data file.

Implemented histogram number of buckets on the Overlay and Map Setting's Dialog's Palette tab.  The number of histogram buckets is a property of the file and also of each map.  When the Palette Normalization is 'Selected Map', the number of buckets is the number of buckets associated with the map.  When the Palette Normalization mode is 'All Maps', the number of buckets property is that associated with the file.

Changed the name of some members and methods in PaletteColorMapping to clearly indicate they are attributes of the colorbar.

When PaletteColorMappingSaxReader encounters an unexpected element, include the content in the message.

Finished merging with latest 'master'.  For some reason, a couple of conversions from CaretColorEnum::toRGBFloat() to CaretColorEnum::toRGBAFloat() got lost during the merge.

Fixed crash of histogram display when a dynamic connectivity type file does not yet have data loaded (user has not clicked a brainordinate).

In chart overlay, enable matrix triangular view button only when the displayed matrix contains number of rows equal to number of columns and the corresponding row and column names are identical.
