reduce the number of histogram bins in fast statistics to a more sane number, and not more than number of datapoints

Allow palette normalization for Dense Connectome CIFTI file.  Update warning message when the user choose to use all file data for palette normalization.

Resolve WB-487: Map Yoking Status Change Does not Immediately Affect Other Windows.  When validating the yoking selection with other yoked files, the same file was intentionally omitted which caused this problem.

If the user changes the Map Setting's Normalization Type to All Data in File, and the file is 'large', warn the user so that the user may cancel the change and remain with normalization using only the map's data.

Implemented WB-484 which allows the user to whether normalization of data prior to mapping with a palette is performed using the data in the selected map or with data from all maps in the data file.  Default coloring for all files has been verified.

Add new enumerated type PaletteNormalizationModeEnum that will controls mapping of data to a normalized range when assigning colors to brainordinates with palette.  It currently has two values, one that normalizes using data in the selected map and another that normalizes using all data in the file containing the selected map.  GUI control has been added to Map Palette Settings widget.  Next step is top implement these normalization modes.

Fixed restoration of scene so contents of Overlay ToolBox:Charting (Loading or History) is properly restored.

Fixed restoration of line charts so that if there are multiple line charts, they are restored in the correct order.

Set the size adjust policy for the caret data file selection combo box so that it will adjust its width as needed.  Otherwise, a fixed width is used from the first time the combo box is displayed.

Fixed glitch with yoking.  First yoked scalar data series line chart.  Second yoked an overlay and the overlay's status was mistakenly turned off.

Split up the single chart view controller into view controllers for line charts, matrix parcel charts, and matrix series charts.  Added yoking to line charts that is enabled when a scalar data series file is displayed as a line chart.

rename the non-synchronized version of CaretPointer, as the synchronization is needed in some existing code

Added yoking for scalar data series line chart that works if the scalar data series matrix chart in the same tab is yoked.  More information/clarification is needed before proceeding any further.

make volume extensions part of the header, not separate/abstract, remove unused unsigned int initializers

Include index of row and name of file for Overlay ToolBox: Charting: History for Scalar Data Series line charts.

Now able to plot a line chart from a CIFTI Scalar Data File row.  At this time, the user must (1) enable the line charting for the file in Overlay ToolBox->Charting->Loading as either Frequency or Time Series, (2) display the Scalar Data Series File as a matrix chart in a different tab, and (3), click row(s) in the matrix view to load line charts for the row(s).

Fixed camelCase capitalizatoin error.  Fixed scalar data files so that they report the correct available chart types.

Continuing on on loading line series charts from CIFTI Scalar Data Series File.  Create new interface ChartableLineSeriesInterface which declares most methods that were in ChartableBrainordinateInterface.  Derive ChartableBrainordinateInterface from ChartableLineSeriesInterface.  Rename ChartableBrainordinateInterface to ChartableLineSeriesBrainordinateInterface.

Starting on loading line series charts from CIFTI Scalar Data Series File.  This commit renames methods in ChartableBrainordinateInterface to replace 'Brainordinate' with 'LineSeries'.

When the user chooses to create a scene, a default description is generated using the content of the open windows.  This description has been updated so that it includes all tabs in a window when Tile Tabs is enabled.

Fixed display of selected matrix row (first row is at top) and added support for showing multiple selected rows.

Correct loading from scalar data series file so that maps are loaded from the rows (and not columns).  Display row/column information in identify window when a cell in matrix view is selected.

Starting to add file statistics/histogram for volume file in WB-484 but putting on hold for other tasks.

Starting on WB-484: (1) Added methods, not yet implemented, to get statistics and histogram for all data within a CaretMappableDataFile; (2) Added method to get the estimated size of data in a CaretMappableDataFile that will be used to warn user if trying to get statistics and histogram for a large file; (3) Add the estimated size of data to the file information command; and (4) fixed crashes when statistics or histogram were requested from GIFTI files that did not use the float data type.

Small changes to file information command so that number of maps and map data is displayed for cifti scalar data file (or any file that 'has maps' but does not map to brainordinates).
