Now able to plot a line chart from a CIFTI Scalar Data File row. At this... 

Now able to plot a line chart from a CIFTI Scalar Data File row.  At this time, the user must (1) enable the line charting for the file in Overlay ToolBox->Charting->Loading as either Frequency or Time Series, (2) display the Scalar Data Series File as a matrix chart in a different tab, and (3), click row(s) in the matrix view to load line charts for the row(s).
