Resolve WB-868 Image capture defaults.  Defaults are now Dimensions=Custom; Image Dimensions Width=7.5 inches; Height= proportional to width; Resolution=300 pixels/inch; Copy to Clipboard=OFF; Save to File=ON; save to file name empty so user is forced to choose correct path and file name.

WB-866: Annotation filename extension (.annot) is same as a FreeSurfer File: Removed the ".annot" extension for a new annotation file.  "wb_annot" is the only allowable extension.

WB-867 vol_dynconn shows in "open file" filters: Both metric dynconn and volume dynconn have been removed from the file filters in the Open File Dialog.

WB-864 asymmetric pconn identification shows wrong values: Additional logic was needed to access the data that had been loaded by the pconn file to determine the correct numerical value (previously is was directly access a row, and the wrong row, in the matrix).

Added "-foci-import" to wb_command.  This command reads foci from text file(s), projects the foci to surface(s) and saves them into a foci file.

WB-448 handling of files with same names but different directories: This was never implemented correctly as it was treating all files in overlay as if they had the same name.  As  a result, if any files were in different directories, the relative paths were displayed.  This has been corrected so that uniquely named files have no path displayed, and files with same name but different paths show a relative path.

WB-860 NIFTI Volume Time Series Issues: Volume File was not overriding getMapIntervalStartAndStep() to report the time step and this has been fixed so that time-series line charts display correctly.  For any previously created line-series charts, one must reselect the brainordinate to correct the chart.

WB-860 NIFTI Volume Timeseries Issues: VolumeFile was always reporting NIFTI_UNITS_UNKNOWN as it failed to override CaretMappableDataFile::getMapIntervalUnits().  VolumeFile now overrides getMapIntervalUnits() and it returns NIFTI_UNITS_SEC if the time dimension is greater than one and NiftiHeader::getTimeStep() is greater than zero.

 For the experimental texture volume drawing, more enhancements including addition of a developer flag to smooth voxel drawing (remove aliasing artifacts) and use of the GLM library to replace some GLU functions.

Added OpenGL Mathematics (GLM) library that will be used in future OpenGL code.  From the GLM description: "a header-only C++ mathematics library for graphics software based on the OpenGL Shading Language (GLSL) specifications. An extension system provides extended capabilities such as matrix transformations and quaternions."  It also contains functions that replace some of the GLU functions and some that replace OpenGL functions that are in the Fixed Pipeline OpenGL  API but not in the Programmable Pipeline OpenGL.  On Linux, the CMakeLists.txt file uses the PKG_CHECK_MODULES command to look for a GLM package and, if found, is used instead of the GLM headers in the Workbench source code.
