FTGL is used for font rendering and FTGL uses the FreeType library for fonts. FTGL contains a header file named FTGlyph.h and FreeType contains a header file named ftglyph.h and they are the same name but differ only in capitalization. The Apple Mac file system is case insensitive and this name clash results in compilation problems on Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite. FTGL FTGlyph.h has been renamed to FTGLGlyph.h to fix this problem as described in http://sourceforge.net/p/ftgl/bugs/41/. Also note that FreeType's ftglyph.h is not used directly but is defined with the macro FT_GLYPH_H.

ProgressReportingDialog: It appears that when the progress dialog's content, as seen by the user, only updates when the progress value changes and NOT when the label's text is changed. So, when the progress event is received, update the label's text first and then set the progress value. This should fix a problem with the dialog's label text being 'one event behind' the most recent event.

ProgressReportingDialog now defaults progress range to [0, 100] which should result in it being displayed sooner.

Create a ProgressReportingDialog when running border optimize so that the user can see the progress and have the option to cancel. Removed the wait cursor since the progress dialog indicates work is in progress and the progress dialog closes when border optimization completes.

Renamed OLD_BrainOpenGLVolumeSliceDrawing to BrainOpenGLVolumeObliqueSliceDrawing. A previous issue (volume centering) was implemented for orthogonal slice drawing but broke oblique slice drawing so the existing oblique drawing was moved to a separate file and will be updated with volume centering when time permits.
