[NFC] [C++20] [Modules] Remove 'ModuleInterface' bit in Sema::ModuleScope 

The 'ModuleInterface' in Sema::ModuleScope is confusing. It actually
means 'not implementation'. This patch removes that bit and extract the
information from the recorded clang::Module.
