The 'HOST_WORKDIR' directory contains the source code
cloned in a CI, so UID and GID of its files are equal
to UID and GID of a CI user, which can vary depending on a CI.
We have to change the ownership of this directory
and all its files to UID and GID of the Docker user,
because the build is run in Docker.

Do not treat include directories from the interfaces
of consumed Imported Targets as SYSTEM by default.
See the CMake documentation of CMAKE_NO_SYSTEM_FROM_IMPORTED
and NO_SYSTEM_FROM_IMPORTED for details.

The root cause of this change is to make sure
that TBB will not add its include directory
    '/usr/lib64/cmake/TBB/../../../include' (== '/usr/inlcude')
to gcc's CXX_INCLUDES flag with the '-isystem' option,
what can cause compilation errors, but the '-I' option
will be used instead.
