- make use of STRINGS keyword to display better hint for the CMake param (in cmake gui),
- warn if unusual build type chosen.

in the past some users run e.g. benchmarks and was surprised with
the results. Using release version should omit that problem.
Documentation is updated as well to point users with proper CMake parameter.

docker: fix packages deps

it's because of an automake bug in Fedora Rawhide docker image:

I hope it's temporary change and it will be fixed on next release.

docker: update PMDK version to current master

it's required by pmreorder, which we install with PMDK.

to include fix for rpm packaging.

Update docker images

cmake: prioritize TBB_DIR to find TBB module

rolling is actually the latest release (which we have in separate image).

Arguments starting from '-D' are typically CMake options.

cmake: replace, not add Ob flag in WIN32

without this change we got build warning (D9025).
With this change comes a small refactor of the 'add_flag' macro,
to allow easily add 'replace_flag' macro.

it's required by run-doc-update.sh which is not executed on this OS
and apparently this package is not available in repository.
