If a named character code was followed by a `\n`, it would not be
recognised.

The test for `&mnemoniclayout` was incorrectly failing to check the
actual state of `&casedkeys`, which broke all mnemonic layouts.

Some of our Sentry reports are difficult to track down. Adding user
interaction breadcrumbs to Keyman Configuration (to start with) may
simplify this. I may add more breadcrumbs to other projects now that
this is available.

The pattern in this code change is found in a few places. It would be
nice to centralise that in a unit somewhere but I don't want to do
that much refactoring at this point in beta.

source tarball, so we don't need it in the source package. Excluding
it reduces confusion because the files it requires are not found

already duplicates in the list, they will be cleaned up the next time a
keyboard is added or removed in Configuration.

Fixes #3979.

Instead of loading help.keyman.com in the support frame, we now load a
local copy of the help. External links within the help will open in the
user's browser. This avoids issues of navigation to keyboard download
and other sites which won't work well.

Also, adds Back, Forward and Home buttons to the window so the user can
navigate more easily with mouse.

Finally, this means that the local help will always be synchronised with
the app version and brings the macOS help in line with the other
platforms.
