Keyman Developer could crash if a specific sequence was invoked
importing a keyboard into a touch layout and then changing the
template. Fixes #2712.

For 14.0 alpha, the app version needs to be sanitized to #.#.# when downloading a keyboard.

This refactors the regex to KMManager.getVersion()

trigger-builds.sh now makes use of the definitions in
trigger-definitions.config. Therefore we need to make those definitions
available.
