[Web] Fix KMW executeHardwareKeystroke

[Android] Improve UX for KMP distribution

During PR #507, embedded hardware keystrokes got broken. This fixes the accessor.

Refactor duplicate code in `useLocalKMP()`

Due to Android's limited set of regex characters for intent actions, any local `.kmp*` file triggers the Keyman app. (e.g. `.kmp` is treated the same as `.kmpo`). Added Toast notifications for when the intent inadvertently triggers the Keyman app.

Also updated PackageActivity to display the package name when no `welcome.htm`  file exists.

[Android] Remove redundant res/ folder

`KMEA/res/` existed from the original code-base, but is not used. (KMEA uses `KMEA/app/src/main/res/`

Use kmp.json where possible, not kmp.inf, so we get Unicode data for strings

This might fix the build problem on TeamCity

A Linux user reports issues building KMAPro because the script uses bash syntax instead of sh.

[Web] Fix styling for "Special" keys on touch layouts

Text colors for `kmw-key-special` weren't declared so "Special" keys were not legible as black on black.

Reuse the same colors as `kmw-key-shift`
