feat: Remove unecessary if statement

free() would take no action if the arguement is a NULL pointer.
Therefore, the if statement is totally unnecessary.

the `memset(&cfg, 0, sizeof(struct mosq_config));` already exsits in

So calling it in main function is totally unnecessary.
