Simplify and cleanup Jim_EvalObj*
Avoid passing callsite information continuously
Use interp->currentScriptObj to always match the current script
Jim_GetCommandN() subsumes SetCommandFromAny()
Simplify JimUnknown() to simply use Jim_EvalObjPrefix()
