Update URLs and names in amdm37x.cfg, no functional changes.
* openocd.berlios.de -> openocd.sourceforge.net * Update link to AM/DM37x Technical Reference Manual (ver R) * "ICEpick" is properly spelled "ICEPick" according to TI Change-Id: Ie04458e82c97ef766ec03bd9b9f27edadf5d1cb2 Signed-off-by: Robert P.
