arm_adi_v5: abstract actions during ROM table parsing
Now all the actions (build command output) of command "dap info" are decoupled from the ROM walk-through. Pass the actions as a generic parameter to ROM walk-through code. Put as private data every information that is only required by the actions and not by the ROM walk-through.
