top .gitignore: ignore .dirstamp files
Just after succesfull build you can see some untracked files
in the 'git status' output:
src/jtag/drivers/versaloon/.dirstamp
src/jtag/drivers/versaloon/usbtoxxx/.dirstamp
This commit fixes the problem.
