facts: remove all project definitions
We're moving to a world where each project maintains its own package
list, and libvirt-ci.git only needs to provide the toolchain and
canonical mappings file.
Most projects have already had their yml file imported. Some projects
are archived and thus don't need changes.
Deleting all project definitions will quickly identify any projects
we forgot to import for next time they try to refresh. At that point
they can acquire their original yml definition from git history.
Any manifest.yml files that are referencing external projects, will
need updating to use a URL reference to the git content for the
external project's primary branch.
