Retire <FrameworkModuleBase.h>, <FrameworkModuleDxe.h>, and <FrameworkModulePei.h>
They only provided a single #define that is associated with DEBUG() messages sent through ReportStatusCode. That one #define has now been added to <Guid/StatusCodeDataTypeDebug.h> git-svn-id: https://edk2.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/edk2/trunk/edk2@8490 6f19259b-4bc3-4df7-8a09-765794883524
