IntelFrameworkModulePkg: INF/DEC file updates to EDK II packages
4. PCD information in DEC file comment blocks are either incomplete or incorrect. This includes detailed description, @Prompt, @ValidRange, @ValidList, @Expression, and [Error.<TokenSpaceGuid>] validation error messages.
