ArmPkg/ArmGicLib: Replaced 'ArmGicAcknowledgeSgiFrom' by 'ArmGicAcknowledgeInterrupt'
The function 'ArmGicAcknowledgeSgiFrom' was actually acknowledging Interrupts (and not only SGIs). ArmPkg/ArmGicLib: Introduced the PCD PcdGicPrimaryCoreId This PCD defines the Id of the primary core in the GIC.
