Enable re-compilation of GNOME gschema files if they have changed.
* mesonbuild/modules/gnome.py (GnomeModule.compile_schemas): Allow the
depend_files kwarg.
* docs/markdown/Gnome-module.md: Add docs for new kwarg (and the only
other one that is permitted).
