The 'ufs_emulate_scsi_cmd' method has a 4k byte array used for
copying data from the device. Skip the automatic zero-init of
this array to eliminate the performance overhead in the I/O hot
path.
The 'outbuf' array will be fully initialized when data is copied
from the guest.

- Ignore writes to CNTP_CTL_EL0 on HVF ARM (Alexander)
- Add '-d invalid_mem' logging option (Zoltan)
- Create QOM containers explicitly (Peter)
- Rename sysemu/ -> system/ (Philippe)

Headers in include/sysemu/ are not only related to system
*emulation*, they are also used by virtualization. Rename
as system/ which is clearer.

Now that all of the Property arrays are counted, we can remove
the terminator object from each array. Update the assertions
in device_class_set_props to match.
With struct Property being 88 bytes, this was a rather large
form of terminator. Saves 30k from qemu-system-aarch64.

This patch removes the code that ufs-lu was duplicating from
scsi-hd and allows them to share code.
It makes ufs-lu have a virtual scsi-bus and scsi-hd internally.
This allows scsi related commands to be passed thorugh to the scsi-hd.
The query request and nop command work the same as the existing logic.
Well-known lus do not have a virtual scsi-bus and scsi-hd, and
handle the necessary scsi commands by emulating them directly.

Fixed four ufs-related coverity issues.
The coverity issues and fixes are as follows
1. CID 1519042: Security issue with the rand() function
Changed to use a fixed value (0xab) instead of rand() as
the value for testing
2. CID 1519043: Dereference after null check
Removed useless (redundant) null checks
3. CID 1519050: Out-of-bounds access issue
Fix to pass an array type variable to find_first_bit and
find_next_bit using DECLARE_BITMAP()
4. CID 1519051: Out-of-bounds read issue
Fix incorrect range check for lun
