Merge tag 'for_upstream' of https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/virt/kvm/mst/qemu into staging
virtio,pc,pci: bug fixes, new test
Some small bug fixes, notably a fix for a regression
in cpu hotplug after migration. I also included a
new test, just to help make sure we don't regress cxl.
