pflash: Rename *CFI_PFLASH* to *PFLASH_CFI*
pflash_cfi01.c and pflash_cfi02.c start their identifiers with
pflash_cfi01_ and pflash_cfi02_ respectively, except for
CFI_PFLASH01(), TYPE_CFI_PFLASH01, CFI_PFLASH02(), TYPE_CFI_PFLASH02.
Rename for consistency.
