bsd-user: Implement set_mcontext and get_ucontext_sigreturn for RISCV
Added implementations for 'set_mcontext' and 'get_ucontext_sigreturn' functions for RISC-V architecture, Both functions ensure that the CPU state and user context are properly managed.
