tests/qtest/ide-test: Verify READ NATIVE MAX ADDRESS is not limited
Verify that the ATA command READ NATIVE MAX ADDRESS returns the last valid CHS tuple for the native device rather than any limit established by INITIALIZE DEVICE PARAMETERS.
