* configure.in (noconfigdirs) <cris-*-*>: Disable target-newlib
and target-libgloss.
<d30v-*-*, fr30-*-*, i960-*-*, m32r-*-*>: Disable gdb.
<h8300*-*-*>: Disable libf2c and ${libgcj}.
