IR: MDNode => Value: Instruction::getMetadata()
Change `Instruction::getMetadata()` to return `Value` as part of PR21433. Update most callers to use `Instruction::getMDNode()`, which wraps the result in a `cast_or_null<MDNode>`. llvm-svn: 221024
