Remove functions from *-inseltpoison.ll tests if unnecessary
X-inseltpoison.ll is a copy of X.ll with insertelement/shufflevector's
placeholder replaced with poison.
This commit removes a few redundant functions which do not contain any
shufflevector/insertelement.
