[mlir][LLVMIR] Apply CallOp/CallableInterface on suitable operations
- Applying CallOpInterface on CallOp and InvokeOp.
- Applying CallableInterface on LLVMFuncOp.
We're testing the changes using CallGraph, which uses both interfaces.
