[C-index] Fix test when using Debug target & MSVC STL
Avoids a deadlock in "clang/test/Index/crash-recovery-modules.m" when building with the MSVC STL & _ITERATOR_DEBUG_LEVEL == 2 (meaning a DEBUG build)
