Various improvements to Sema::ParseMemberReferenceExpr().
- Added source range support to Diag's.
- Used the new type predicate API to remove dealing with the canonical
type explicitly.
- Added Type::isRecordType().
- Removed some casts.
- Removed a const qualifier from RecordType::getDecl().
