Fix uninitialized pointer members in CodeGen
This change initializes the members TSI, LI, DT, PSI, and ORE pointer feilds of the SelectOptimize class to nullptr. Reviewed By: LuoYuanke Differential Revision: https://reviews.llvm.org/D148303
