[AArch64][GlobalISel] Legalize G_INTRINSIC_TRUNC
Same patch as G_FCEIL etc.
Add the missing switch case in widenScalar, add G_INTRINSIC_TRUNC to the correct
rule in AArch64LegalizerInfo.cpp, and add a test.
