[DebugInfo] Delete TypedDINodeRef
TypedDINodeRef<T> is a redundant wrapper of Metadata * that is actually a T *. Accordingly, change DI{Node,Scope,Type}Ref uses to DI{Node,Scope,Type} * or their const variants.
