[LLDB] Fix TestVarPath.py for AArch64 Windows
Since 44bb442 LLDB TestVarPath.py crashes on AArch64 Windows.
GetValueForVariablePath function seems to be triggering the crash.
This patch disable parts of this test causing the crash.
