[libc++] Fix simd_unary.pass.cpp with AppleClang
When using AppleClang the `clang` feature flag is not set, but the
compiler supports `-flax-vector-conversions=integer`. This adds another
`ADDITIONAL_COMPILE_FLAGS` for AppleClang to fix the CI.
