06dfbb50d70eea4ae38d655842626a0b9b224d5c fixed dominator update for
entry block in `SplitBlockPredecessors()`, this patch fixes dominator
tree update for entry block in `splitBlockBefore()` with
`UpdateAnalysisInformation()`.
